Under normal circumstances, our knee joints are in a stable state.
The outermost layer: muscles and ligaments that play a protective role
Deeper layers:  the joint capsule and synovial fluid play a bufferd role
There is a patella on the front side and meniscus on both sides

Then why and how do our knees get injured?

关于我们膝盖的基本信息

Our knee joint is the largest and most complex joint in our human body

Our knee joint is a stable joint. The two adjacent joints are flexible (the ankle joint is flexible - it can rotate - forward, backward, left and right, while the knee joint can only flex and extend forward and backward).

The higher the the athlete weighs and the more intense the exercise, the greater the pressure on the knee joints
